
Position: Sales and Inventory Data Associate
Location: Duport Road, Paynesville
Reporting To: Business Intelligence Analyst
Objectives of the Role:
The Sales and Inventory Data Associate will be responsible for:
● Collecting and consolidating sales data across all sales channels, including physical store locations, B2B retail sales, and field sales representatives.
● Tracking warehouse stock disbursement data and updating stock balances in real time.
● Monitoring stock levels against re-order points and coordinating stock replenishment with the warehouse and manufacturing teams.
● Verifying inventory accuracy by comparing system stock balances with physical count reports submitted from all physical store locations.
● Ensuring that all stock disbursements are processed in the system before physical stock is released.
● Producing detailed daily inventory reports and monthly stock reports for both finished goods and raw materials warehouses.
Key Responsibilities:
● Inventory Tracking & Reporting: Maintain real-time inventory tracking across all sales locations and warehouse operations.
● Sales Data Management: Collect and consolidate sales reports from different sales channels to ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
● Stock Replenishment Coordination: Monitor inventory levels, assess re-order needs, and work with relevant departments for timely replenishment.
● Data Verification: Reconcile system records with physical count reports and ensure data accuracy.
● Stock Disbursement Processing: Process and record stock movements before
physical disbursement occurs.
● Report Generation: Prepare and submit daily inventory variance reports and monthly stock performance reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
● Accuracy of real-time inventory tracking and reporting.
● Efficiency in stock reconciliation and variance resolution.
● Timeliness of stock replenishment coordination.
● Consistency in generating daily and monthly inventory reports.
Remuneration:
Base Salary: $150
Daily Reporting Bonus: $75 if inventory reports are submitted on time, every working day
Monthly Reporting Bonus: $50 If reconciliation reports are submitted by the 5th of the next month
Required Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related IT field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management, sales data entry, or data analysis.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet or data tools.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with inventory or ERP systems is a plus.

Good organizational and communication skills.
