J-Palm Liberia is expanding distribution for its laundry soap product line and is recruiting ๐ช๐ต๐ผ๐น๐ฒ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ๐ to drive market penetration across key territories.
This role focuses on onboarding new wholesalers and retailers, building strong trade relationships, and growing consistent volume sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard new wholesalers and retail partners
- Grow distribution coverage for laundry soaps across assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Drive repeat orders and support partners to achieve sales targets
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Provide regular sales and market feedback to the company

- Proven experience in sales and marketing. Field sales experience is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience selling consumer goods (especially soaps, detergents, or household products) is an advantage
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in the field
- Knowledge of local markets and trade channels is a strong plus
