J-Palm Liberia is committed to producing high-quality products while supporting local communities. As we continue to expand our field operations, we are seeking a qualified and results-driven professional to fill the position of Field Sales Recruitment Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit and train Field Sales Agents.
- Meet assigned daily and monthly hiring targets.
- Conduct field activations to drive sales growth and increase brand visibility.
- Support the Field Sales Coordinator in executing field operations and related activities.
- Monitor performance and ensure newly recruited agents are properly onboarded and aligned with company expectations.
- Perform other duties related to field sales recruitment and coordination as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong recruitment and people-management skills.
- Ability to effectively train, supervise, and motivate sales agents.
- Target-driven and performance-oriented.
- Willingness to work extensively in the field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher (tertiary education is an added advantage).
