Join Our Team: Field Sales Recruitment Officer

J-Palm Liberia is committed to producing high-quality products while supporting local communities. As we continue to expand our field operations, we are seeking a qualified and results-driven professional to fill the position of Field Sales Recruitment Officer.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen, recruit and train Field Sales Agents.
  • Meet assigned daily and monthly hiring targets.
  • Conduct field activations to drive sales growth and increase brand visibility.
  • Support the Field Sales Coordinator in executing field operations and related activities.
  • Monitor performance and ensure newly recruited agents are properly onboarded and aligned with company expectations.
  • Perform other duties related to field sales recruitment and coordination as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong recruitment and people-management skills.
  • Ability to effectively train, supervise, and motivate sales agents.
  • Target-driven and performance-oriented.
  • Willingness to work extensively in the field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or higher (tertiary education is an added advantage).
