Join Our Team: Sales Operations Manager

J-Palm Liberia, a dynamic and innovative company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves spearheading the advanced planning and implementation of sales operations, focusing on customer journey optimization, new sales channel development, and overall sales and distribution strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategic Planning and Implementation

  • Develop and manage customer journey maps for all Kernel Fresh sales channels
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that day-to-day internal operations align with standards of excellence set for all touchpoints along the customer journey
  • Create and disseminate periodic reports on performance along all key metrics related to customer service, sales, personnel, and marketing / advertising effectiveness

Development of New Sales Channels and Territories

  • Develop strategies and plans to expand sales by developing new sales channels

 

Sales and Distribution Strategy Development

  • Work with Senior Management Team to develop sales and distribution strategy
  • As situations in the market, city, country and world change, devise or update strategies to respond to external changes
  • Maintain close contact with customers, to glean insights that could form the basis for new strategy development, or revision of existing strategies
  • Recruit, train, manage, and mentor sales team members to drive implementation

 

Sales Forecasting and Performance Management

  • Create quarterly and monthly sales forecasts across channels, and manage team toward achievement of targets

 

Receivables Management

  • Constantly monitor receivables, and ensure that all payments are collected and remitted to the Finance Department within the shortest possible time

 

Budgeting and Expense Management

  • Liaise with the sales team and senior management team to develop a monthly budget
  • Actively manage expenses, and ensure that expenses fall within the allocated budget

Inter-Departmental Coordination

  • Daily, coordinate all Kernel Fresh activities with other departments – including Production/ Warehouse, Finance, Admin, PKO Factory, etc. – to ensure smooth operations of all aspects of the Kernel Fresh business.
