We’re Hiring: Soaps Production Line Supervising Technician

J-Palm Liberia is recruiting a Soaps Production Line Supervising Technician to support operations at our new automated bar soap manufacturing plant.

This role is critical to ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient daily production, from raw material input (oils, sodium hydroxide, etc.) to finished bar soaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the automated bar soap production line
• Ensure daily production targets are consistently met
• Supervise and coordinate production activities across the full line
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance
• Diagnose and perform repairs on mechanical and electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

Requirements

• Background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• Hands-on experience with industrial machinery or automated production systems
• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills
• Ability to work independently and manage production workflows
• Prior experience in manufacturing or processing plants is an advantage
