Locations: Monrovia, Montserrado county with regular field visits to J-Palm Liberia’s operation sites and communities
Position: Retail Agent
General Position Summary:
The Retail Agent is responsible for all sales activities with our Retailers, more specifically this person is to work closely with our retail locations and their managers to: answer questions, offer assistance, provide product information, marketing materials and products to our retail partners while also aiding them with selling strategies in order to move the products.
Essential Responsibilities
Establish relationships with new customers/retailers
Maintain and grow relationships with existing retailers (ex: shops, stores,
supermarkets) Reach target sales quota
Engage retail partners to pitch products, create awareness of points of sale to customers in various communities in Liberia.
Gather information on products’ availability within these retail locations
Gather daily routine reports on stores visited, fast selling products and feedbacks from customers
Knowledge and Experience
Excellent in oral and written communication skills
Superior interpersonal skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Strong knowledge about Kernel Fresh products
Experience in sales
High school diploma or university degree
