Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Officer who is more than an administrator — we want a people builder.

This role is for someone who genuinely cares about people, is passionate about developing talent, and is excited about building systems that enable teams to perform at their best. You will work closely with leadership, managers, and team leads to strengthen performance, culture, and accountability across the organization.

Key Responsibilities


1. People Development & Training

  • Design and implement staff training and upskilling programs
  • Support onboarding and continuous learning across departments
  • Identify skill gaps and build structured development plans


2. Performance Management

  • Work with managers to set clear KPIs and performance expectations
  • Support performance reviews and feedback systems
  • Drive a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement


3. HR Systems & Processes

  • Strengthen and formalize HR systems, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain accurate staff records and HR documentation
  • Improve internal workflows that support employee lifecycle management


4. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Build strong relationships with staff across all levels
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns
  • Drive initiatives that improve morale, communication, and team cohesion


5. Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Support recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
  • Ensure we attract and retain high-performing talent
  • Help build a strong employer brand

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of relevant HR or people management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in training, performance management, or organizational development is a strong advantage
