J-Palm Liberia manufactures personal, food and household products from palm oil and palm kernel oil. The company has launched two new brands: Palm Fresh Washing Soap and Kpatawee Fresh Red Palm Oil. These products are targeted to the mass market, and will be distributed through local shops, stores, supermarkets, and market traders.
We are recruiting (15) fifteen Territory Sales Reps to manage the sales activities in assigned sales territories throughout Monrovia.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Territory Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in driving sales and market presence for our newly launched brands, Palm Fresh Washing Soap and Kpatawee Fresh Red Palm Oil. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing sales activities within designated territories in Monrovia. Your expertise in building relationships with local shops, stores, supermarkets, and market traders will be vital in ensuring the widespread availability and success of our products in the mass market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Market and distribute Palm Fresh Washing Soaps to all shops and stores within the assigned sales territory
- Market and sell Kpatawee Fresh Red Palm Oil to market traders in all markets within the assigned sales territory
- Create a list of all shops, stores and supermarkets within the assigned sales territory, and work along with them to drive sales for the products
- Create relationships with all palm oil traders within the assigned sales territory, and work with them to market and sell Kpatawee Fresh Red Palm Oil to customers
- Maintain accurate records of all inventories received, sold, and returned to the warehouse
- Maintain accurate records of all cash collections and balances owed by all customers within the assigned sales territory
- Create and implement vigorous marketing and sales strategies to consistently meet sales targets.
Education and Qualifications:
A High School Diploma (bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field is an advantage.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to team members, customers, and management.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
Team Collaboration:
- Ability to collaborate with sales representatives, managers, and other departments to achieve common goals.
- Willingness to share insights and information to enhance team performance.
